1月28日,永同昌投资集团与太平洋幸运管理(中国)有限公司在嘉里中心饭店举行新闻发布会,签署了《全面战略合作暨10亿元人民币房产全权包销协议》以及瞰都 F 座整售协议。这个协议的签订,标志着双方在公司长远规划的战略合作.地产开发等资源整合,优势互补方面达成了共识。从当日开始,双方以永同昌集团在中国开发的各项目为基础,全面展开海外市场开发,技术支持、推广、销售、经营等方面的合作。合作总面积达918.000平方米,合作总金额达10亿元人民币。瞰都 F 座只是双方全面战略合作的开始。日本太平洋幸运集团还将全面参与瞰都二期以及商业街的销售运营。双方在卡布奇诺二期合作的五星级酒店公寓也在规划设计当中,将于2005年开始投放市场。
On January 28, Wing Tung Cheong Investment Group and Pacific Luck Management (China) Co., Ltd. held a press conference at Kerry Center Hotel and signed the “Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation and RMB 1 Billion Real Estate Underwriting Agreement” and the F Block Sale and Purchase Agreement. The signing of this agreement marks the strategic cooperation between the two parties in the long-term planning of the company and real estate development and other resources integration, complementarity reached a consensus. Starting from the same day, both sides started the cooperation in the field of overseas market development, technical support, promotion, sales and operation based on the projects developed by Yong Tongchang Group in China. The total cooperation area amounts to 918.000 square meters, the total amount of cooperation amounted to 1 billion yuan. F Block F is only the beginning of a comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two sides. Japan Pacific Luck Group will also fully participate in the second phase of both view and commercial street sales operations. The two-star five-star hotel condominium in Cappuccino Phase II is also under planning and design and will be put on the market in 2005.
