采取去掉横拉筋的办法改造抽油机游梁支架,可节省大量钢材,降低制造成本。对改造后的游梁支架进行了动态应力测试、位移测试和稳定性计算。结果表明,去掉横拉筋后,游梁支架各构件满足强度要求;支架局部和整体都满足稳定性要求;支架上部摆幅变化不大,满足刚度要求。认为可通过合理设计游梁支架前后腿角度、前后腿截面和采用加强板,使抽油机游梁支架具有更好的承载能力和最小的重量。
Adopting the method of removing the transverse reinforcement to transform the pumping bracket of the pumping machine can save a large amount of steel and reduce the manufacturing cost. Dynamic beam stress test, displacement test and stability calculation were carried out on the modified beam bracket. The results show that, after the removal of the transverse reinforcement, the components of the beam support meet the strength requirements. The stability of the support is satisfied both locally and globally. The swing of the upper part of the stent does not change much and meets the rigidity requirements. It is considered that the beam pumping bracket of the pumping machine can have better bearing capacity and the minimum weight by reasonably designing the angle of the front and rear legs of the beam support, the front and rear leg sections and the use of the reinforcement plate.
