十年树木、百年树人。虽然只有短短十年发展历史,上大MBA教育中心的师生、员工专注地建立了独有的“上大MBA模式”。这个独有模式起点融入了上大文件、上海需求、MBA特色的办学理念:“培养全面发展、可相信与可共事的Global Local人才”;并延伸出三种人才培养的目标:“全面发展人才、Global Local人才、知智人才”与十种教育文化内涵建设手段;最后依托着变革性的开放机制,让高校政府社区企业机构的人才共同汇聚在上海与上大MBA,成就MBA文化中的新教育模式。因为重视多元文化融合,拥有来自不同地区国家的老师,我们获得了以下排名。
