建设马克思主义学习型政党,是党的十七届四中全会提出的一项重大战略任务,把各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础性工程。要使这项工作有效地、深入持久地开展下去,最急迫的是建立健全科学完备、符合实际、行之有效的长效机制。
Building a learning party of Marxism is a major strategic task put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee. Building party organizations at all levels into learning party organizations is a basic project for building a learning party of Marxism. In order to carry out this work effectively, in an in-depth and long-term manner, the most urgent one is to establish and improve a long-term mechanism that is complete in science, practical and effective.
