由于慢性肾衰病人常存在着血浆活性维生素D_3水平下降,低钙血症及继发性甲状旁腺机能亢进,因而,1,25(OH)_2D_3常应用于慢性肾衰的治疗。然而,许多作者报告,该治疗中可发生高钙血症,并可能出现肾功能损害,故需要对接受1,25(OH)_2D_3治疗的患者进行密切观察。为了进一步估价1,25(OH)_2D_3治疗期间肾小球滤过率(GFR)的变化,作者对服用Calctriol(骨化三醇,1,25(OH)_2D_3制剂),且肾功能稳定的慢性肾衰病人进行了观察。
As chronic renal failure often exists in patients with plasma levels of active vitamin D3, hypocalcemia and secondary hyperparathyroidism, therefore, 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 often used in the treatment of chronic renal failure. However, many authors report that hypercalcaemia can occur during this treatment and that renal dysfunction may occur. Therefore, close observation of patients treated with 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 is needed. In order to further evaluate the changes of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) during 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 treatment, the authors evaluated the effect of taking Calcitol (calcitriol, 1,25 (OH) _2D_3) Renal failure patients were observed.
