本文采用先进的自旋标记电子顺磁共振方法研究了补阳还五汤及其有效成分黄芪甲苷、阿魏酸、川芎嗪、芦丁、绿原酸、紫檀烷苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素、毛蕊异黄酮苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚和槲皮素体外给药对颈总动脉结扎和释放造成缺血———再灌损伤的大鼠脑细胞流动性的影响。该损伤大鼠用作脑中风模型 ,结果表明损伤大鼠脑细胞流动性较正常大鼠降低约8% ,而补阳还五汤及其有效成分对正常细胞无影响但可使损伤大鼠脑细胞膜流动性增大 ,不同程度地恢复到接近于正常细胞膜流动性水平。本实验表明 :细胞膜流动性是一个敏感而重要的生物学指标 ,反映细胞的活性状态。可用这一新的技术方法来研究补阳还五汤及其组方配伍的分子机理
In this paper, advanced spin-labeled electron paramagnetic resonance method was used to study Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its active ingredients Astragaloside IV, ferulic acid, tetramethylpyrazine, rutin, chlorogenic acid, pterostilbene, calycosin, mansions Effects of artificin, calycidinin, paeoniflorin, paeonol and quercetin on the fluidity of rat brain cells after ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by ligation and release of common carotid artery in vitro. The injured rat was used as a model of cerebral apoplexy. The results showed that the fluidity of injured rat brain cells was reduced by about 8% compared with normal rats, while Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its active ingredients had no effect on normal cells but could damage the rat brain. The fluidity of the cell membrane was increased, and the level of fluidity close to that of the normal cell membrane was restored to varying degrees. This experiment shows that: cell membrane fluidity is a sensitive and important biological indicator, reflecting the active state of cells. This new technique can be used to study the molecular mechanism of compatibility of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its formulation
