研究 b FGF、 NGF、 EGF及其受体在人胚神经管早期发育中的表达。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析。结果显示 b FGF和 NGF的表达时序不同 ,b FGF阳性细胞出现较早 ,在所检测的各个发育阶段均呈阳性表达 ,而 NGF出现较晚 ,随着胚龄增加 ,免疫阳性着色逐渐增强 ,b FGF分布较 NGF广泛 ,而 EGF在所检测的各个发育阶段均呈阴性。 flg、 Tr-k A、 EGFR表达时序和分布相似 ,三者在所检测的各个发育阶段均呈阳性。结果表明 NGF和 b FGF均通过其特异性受体介导 ,在胚胎神经管形成和分化的不同阶段发挥着重要作用 ,EGF及其受体的作用有待进一步研究。
To study the expression of FGF, NGF, EGF and their receptors in the early development of human neural tube. Methods Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used. The results showed that b FGF and NGF expression of different timing, b FGF-positive cells appeared earlier in the detection of all stages of development were positive, and NGF appeared later, with the increase of embryonic age, immunopositive staining gradually increased, b FGF distribution is more extensive than NGF, while EGF is negative at all developmental stages tested. flg, Tr-kA, EGFR expression timing and distribution of the three were detected in all developmental stages were positive. The results show that both NGF and b FGF are mediated by their specific receptors and play an important role in different stages of embryonic neural tube formation and differentiation. The role of EGF and its receptor remains to be further studied.
