由于农村初中学生受家庭和社会等因素的影响,数学基础参差不齐,学习兴趣和爱好,以及接受能力各异,因此在数学课堂上采用“分层教学”的模式,既能面向全体学生,为学生的全面发展创造条件,又有利于学生数学素质的普遍提高,是“因材施教”原则的具体运用。文章结合本人在教学实践中采用分层教学的尝试,谈谈自己的观点。
As the junior middle school students in rural areas are affected by family and social factors, the mathematics foundation is uneven, their learning interests and hobbies are different, and their acceptability is different, the “hierarchical teaching” mode in mathematics classroom can be applied to all Students, to create conditions for the all-round development of students, but also conducive to the general improvement of students’ mathematical quality, is the specific application of the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude. This article combines my own attempt to apply the teaching in different levels in teaching practice and talk about my point of view.
