当前我国正处在全面改革的深化阶段,对各个领域的改革都如火如荼的进行着,对于高校的资产管理改革来说,这对学校的教学质量以及科研的发展都有着直接的影响,所以对高校资产管理进行创新就比较重要。本文主要就高校资产管理的必要性以及管理过程中所存在的问题进行详细分析,并结合实际探索相应的创新管理措施,希望此次的理论研究对实际的操作起到一定指导作用。
At present, our country is in the deepening stage of the comprehensive reform and the reforms in all fields are in full swing. For the asset management reform in colleges and universities, this has a direct impact on the teaching quality and the development of scientific research in colleges and universities. Therefore, Asset management innovation is more important. This article mainly analyzes the necessity of university asset management and the existing problems in the management process, and explores the corresponding innovation management measures in the light of the actual situation. I hope this theoretical study will play a guiding role in the actual operation.
