以人事管理为目的的绩效评价是对医院普通医务人员、普通行政管理人员、临床科主任与相关部门负责人、医院领导分别进行绩效评价,并分别给予不同的待遇。本文对现行医院绩效评价体系的状况进行了分析,论述了构建临床科室绩效评价体系的目的和原则,并在此基础上指出了构建新型医院绩效评价体系的途径。
The performance appraisal for the purpose of personnel management is to evaluate the performance of the general medical staff, general administrative staff, clinical department directors and heads of related departments and hospital leaders respectively, and give them different treatment respectively. This paper analyzes the status of the current hospital performance evaluation system, discusses the purpose and principles of establishing the performance evaluation system of clinical departments, and on this basis points out the way to construct a new hospital performance evaluation system.
