横断面调查广州市 78382名年龄 35岁或以上职工吸烟情况。结果提示 78382名职工 (男 48447,女 2 9935 )平均年龄 (43 8± 6 6 )岁 ,其中男 (45 3± 7 0 )岁 ,女 (41 3± 5 0 )岁。吸烟率男 6 8 5 % ,女 1 5 % ,低文化程度的年轻的男职工或男工人吸烟率较高 ,低文化程度的年长的女职工或女工人吸烟率较高 ,职业接触有害因素者吸烟率较高 ,以混合接触的男工人为主 (75 3 % )。
A cross-sectional survey was conducted on smoking status of 78,382 employees aged 35 or above in Guangzhou. The results suggest that the average age of 78382 employees (male 48447, female 9935) is (43 8 ± 6 6) years old, including male (45 3 ± 7 0) years old and female (41 3 ± 5 0) years old. The smoking rate is 685 and 65% of females. The smoking rate of young male workers or male workers with low education level is relatively high. The smoking rate is relatively high among older female workers or female workers with low education level. The occupational exposure is harmful. The prevalence of smoking was higher, with the majority of male workers in mixed contact (75 3%).
