对试验列车上、下行通过“猛进东”测风点时的车体表面压力分布情况进行分析,采用分块积分法得出试验列车上、下行通过“猛进东”测风点的气动力。利用流场计算软件FLUENT对列车在大风作用下通过“猛进东”时的情况进行数值模拟计算,并与实车试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:车体迎风面及背风面表面压力分布规律基本一致,验证了数值模拟计算模型的准确性;车辆受到的气动力中除升力的实验值与模拟结果相差较大外,主要导致车辆倾覆的横向力和倾覆力矩的实验值与模拟结果相差较小,满足工程应用要求。
On the test train, the pressure distribution on the surface of the vehicle body passing through the “windward east” wind-measuring point is analyzed. The aerodynamic force of the test train passing through the “windward east” wind-measuring point is obtained by the piecewise integration method. The flow field calculation software FLUENT was used to simulate the situation when the train passed the “Mengdong” under the strong wind and compared with the real vehicle test results. The results show that the pressure distribution on the windward and leeward sides of the vehicle body is basically the same, which verifies the accuracy of the numerical simulation model. The difference between the experimental value and the simulation result of the aerodynamic force is mainly due to the overturning of the vehicle The experimental results of lateral force and overturning moment have little difference with the simulation results to meet the engineering application requirements.
