In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s bank card industry, China Merchants Bank seized this market opportunity and realized the rapid growth of asset scale. Earlier in the industry, it realized the profitability of its credit card business. This article describes the three stages of market scanning, market positioning and market reorientation of the bank card business of China Merchants Bank.
