1993年,广东省委、省人大常委会确定深圳为全省依法治市的试点城市。2000年,深圳市地方税务局作为九家依法治市的试点单位之一,参加了全省依法治市工作交流大会,该局大胆变革、依法治税,构建“法治、高效、文明、廉政”的税收环境,走出了一条依法治税的成功之路。 2001年上半年,深圳市地税局完成地方税收91.75亿元,比去年同期增长22.2％,2000年完成地方税收154.02亿元,比1999年同期增长13.23％,增收18亿元。1995—1999年
In 1993, the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People’s Congress established Shenzhen as the pilot city under the province’s rule of law. In 2000, Shenzhen Local Taxation Bureau, as one of the nine pilot units under the rule of law in the city, took part in the conference on the exchange of work by law in the province under the municipal government. The Bureau boldly changed the law and taxed it according to law so as to establish a “law-based, efficient, civilized and clean government” Tax environment, out of a successful tax road. In the first half of 2001, Shenzhen Municipal Local Taxation Bureau completed a local tax revenue of 9.175 billion yuan, an increase of 22.2% over the same period of last year.
