注意缺陷障碍(ADHD)是当今学龄儿童最多见的行为疾病之一。最近研究表明,ADHD的核心症状并非多动,而是注意缺陷。ADHD的电生理研究表明,脑功能整体化反应机制及定向反射理论有待完善,它是揭示病理性额叶功能的理论基础。近来一些学者应用功能磁共振成像技术对ADHD进行认知调控机制的研究并取得了可喜的成果。但ADHD额叶定向控制分析能力是否存在缺陷尚有待于证实;小脑蚓部对前额和纹状排列通路的影响很值得探讨;ADHD儿童前额系统及其特殊条纹结构的激活或抑制机制更有进一步探讨的必要。功能磁共振成像技术不仅可揭示ADHD的特征,探讨ADHD额叶注意调控功能的脑机制,而且为ADHD的认知矫治提供了理论依据。
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common behavioral disorders in school-age children today. Recent studies have shown that the core symptoms of ADHD are not hyperactivity but attention deficits.
