甜菜纸筒育苗移栽,作为一项高产栽培技术在吉林省白城地区已为广大农户所接受。并取得了增产增收的显著效益。但是,目前在生产实践中纸筒利用率不高是个值得注意的大问题。据1990年在洮南市黑水镇典型调查,纸筒有效利用率(移栽株数与育苗总筒数之比),仅为47％～60％,明显低于期望值(85％).查其原因有以下3个方面:
