在党中央的亲切关怀下,在各兄弟民族的热情支持和本民族具有教育才能的老师们的培养下,西藏的教育事业,在短短的三十年中,取得了令人鼓舞的成就.当前,我区的教育事业在两个文明建设中,需要发挥更大的作用,这一光荣的历史使命,已经义不容辞地落在我们广大从事藏族教育工作者及师生的双肩。要顺利完成这个艰巨的任务,就必须贯彻执行邓小平同志所提出的“教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来”的正确方针.因为这一正确的指示,对改革教育制度,提高教学水平,推广先进教育教学方法,培养各种又红又专的人才
Under the cordial concern of the party Central Committee, education in Tibet has achieved encouraging results in just three decades, supported by the enthusiastic support of all fraternal peoples and the educated teachers of our nation. At present, the educational undertaking in our region needs to play a greater role in the construction of the two civilizations. This glorious historical mission has now landed on the shoulders of our broad masses of Tibetan educators and teachers and students. In order to successfully accomplish this arduous task, we must implement the correct guideline made by Comrade Deng Xiaoping on “education should be oriented toward modernization, the world and the future.” Because of this correct directive, we must make every effort to reform the education system, improve teaching standards, and promote Advanced education and teaching methods, training a variety of red and specialized personnel
