近年来,我县认真贯彻落实中央、省、市关于基础教育和完善农村义务教育管理体制工作的一系列部署,始终把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位,大力改善办学条件,扎实推进教育发展,稳步提高教育质量,基本形成了“以县为主”的管理体制。2001年,被评为全省“两基”巩固提高工作先进县,2002年又顺利通过省、市“两基”专项跟踪督查和“实验教学普及县”省级验收。我们的主要做法是:
In recent years, our county has conscientiously implemented a series of arrangements made by the central, provincial and municipal governments on basic education and improvement of rural compulsory education management system. It has always placed education in a strategic position giving priority to development, vigorously improved the conditions for running schools, and steadfastly promoted education development.
