目的积极响应卫生部“优质护理服务示范工程”号召,总结我院开展“优质护理服务”以来,责任护士对患者全程服务工作的经验和体会。方法先在医院成立优质护理服务试点科,认真学习,深化护理服务理念,创专科护理品牌,改变工作模式和排班方式,优化工作流程,不断总结,交流经验,逐渐的各科室都开展了优质护理服务病房。结果通过责任护士全程服务,促进了优质护理服务工作的开展落实,患者能尽早地康复出院,达到了优质护理中“患者满意”的目标;提高了护士的工作积极性,医院的声誉与知名度也大幅度的提升。结论 “优质护理服务”是一个全方位、系统性的工程,有利于改善护患关系,提升护理满意度,实现护士的职业价值和社会价值,符合时代发展的要求。
