问:在天然气大发展的背景下,液化天然气(LNG)工程也受到重视。行业的发展离不开规范,那我国LNG工程技术标准的建设情况如何?与欧美发达国家的国际标准存在哪些差距?答:总体来说,我国目前的LNG产业正处于蓬勃发展阶段,但行业标准的制定有些滞后。与发达国家相比,由于我国发展LNG的时间较晚,产业技术经验也略显不足。有一大问题是,我国对LNG工程建设标准的重视程度不够。2001年,国内第一座LNG工厂建成,但是十余年,未见到国内权威性LNG工程建设标准。
