任何组织中,党组织建设都是其必不可少的研究课题之一。而汽车制造企业作为服务型的大型企业,其基层党组织建设工作更是要与国家的政策和法令紧密联系,与国家的国情和党的动态相联系。在目前全面实施从严治党的新形势之下,汽车制造企业更应该顺应时代的发展,将基层党组织建设工作与汽车制造企业的现实工作进行深层次的融合。本文通过对于汽车制造企业基层党组织结构、其基层党建的重点与难点进行分析,通过分析找出更合适的、更有效地组织建设汽车制造企业基层党组织的方法。
The construction of party organizations in any organization is one of the indispensable research topics. As a large-scale service-oriented automobile manufacturing enterprise, the construction of its grass-roots party organizations should be closely linked with the country’s policies and decrees and with the national conditions of the country and with the development of the party. Under the full implementation of the new situation of strictly administering the party, the automobile manufacturing enterprises should conform to the development of the times and make a deep integration of the construction work of the grassroots party organizations and the actual work of automobile manufacturing enterprises. This article analyzes the key and difficult points of grass-roots party organizations in automobile manufacturing enterprises, and finds out more appropriate and effective ways to organize the building of grassroots party organizations in automobile manufacturing enterprises.
