文章提出了通过简单的单源前驱物溶剂热分解过程,在150℃或180℃温度下,制备不同物相和形貌的硫化铜纳米晶.改变乙二胺的量,单源前驱物Cu(S2CNC(2H5)22)能分解得到蓝铜矿结构的CuS和辉铜矿结构Cu1.8S.在不同的溶剂中,制备了蓝铜矿结构CuS的不同相貌产物(像棒状、球状、片状).探讨了温度和溶剂对产物物相和形貌的影响.用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品的组成和形貌进行了表征,产物的光学性能用紫外-可见光谱仪(UV-vis)进行了表征。
In this paper, the preparation of copper sulfide nanocrystals with different phases and morphologies by solvothermal decomposition of simple single-source precursors at different temperatures of 150 ℃ or 180 ℃ is proposed.The amount of ethylenediamine, S2CNC (2H5) 22) can be decomposed to obtain CuS and chalcocite Cu1.8S with blue-copper structure, and the different appearances of CuS with blue-copper structure (like rod, sphere and flake) The effects of temperature and solvent on the phase and morphology of the product were discussed.The composition and morphology of the sample were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The optical properties of the product were characterized by UV - Visible spectrophotometer (UV-vis) were characterized.
