国家档案局各地管理处(以下简称各地管理处)的档案集中工作已经基本上结束,下一步就要转入全面的整理工作。因此,目前急需制订一个统一的办法,使各地管理处在整理工作上有一个基本上一致的、正确的做法,减少分散摸索的困难,并避免各搞一套的现象发生。现在提交大会讨论的“原大区一级机关档案整理工作暂行办法”(草案)是经过半年多的酝酿,数次的研究修改而制成的。在草稿写成后,即送请中共中央办公厅秘书局、国务院秘书厅、中国人民大学历史档案系徵求意见,并根据所提意见和各地管理处的“整理方案”进行了第一次
The centralized archives work of the National Archives Administration offices (hereinafter referred to as the “administration offices”) has basically come to an end and the next step must be transferred to the overall arrangement.
