猫抓病(Cat scratch disease)是相对常见的人畜共患病。由于畜养猫、狗等宠物的人群增多,近年来关于猫抓病的报导也有所增多[1]。紫色色杆菌是一种条件致病菌,广泛存在于水与土壤中。人类感染紫色色杆菌病例十分罕见,该病临床症状无特异性,容易误诊,且病死率极高[2]。海南省人民医院儿科于2012年10月收治1例猫抓病合并紫色色杆菌败血症罕见病例,现将诊治情况报道如下。
Cat scratch disease is a relatively common zoonosis. In recent years, there has been an increase in reports of cat scratching disease due to an increase in the population of cats and dogs for pets. Chromobacterium purpura is a pathogenic bacterium that is widespread in water and soil. Human cases of Chromobacterium purpura are very rare, the clinical symptoms of the disease is nonspecific, easy to misdiagnosis, and high mortality [2]. Hainan Provincial People’s Hospital pediatric in October 2012 admitted to a case of cat scratch disease complicated with purple Chromobacterium septicemia rare cases, the diagnosis and treatment are now reported as follows.
