随着人们物质生活水平的提升,集技术性和艺术性为一体的烹饪越来越为人们所重视,这也为烹饪教学的质量提出了新的要求和挑战。本文以烹饪教学的目标为出发点,分别从教师队伍建设、学校管理、学生实践三个环节提出关于如何提高烹饪教学质量的几点浅见。
With the improvement of people’s material life, more and more attention has been paid to the combination of technical and artistic cooking, which also poses new requirements and challenges for the quality of cooking instruction. Based on the goal of cooking teaching, this article puts forward some humble opinions on how to improve the quality of cooking teaching from three aspects: teacher building, school management and student practice.
