改革开放以来我国人事档案领域研究热点及其演进分析 打开文本图片集 摘 要：本文以CNKI系列全文数据库所载的我国人事档案领域研究文献为数据来源，对改革开发以来我国人事档案领域研究热点及其演进过程进行可视化分析，以期对当前人事档案领域研究提供参考。关键词：人事档案;研究热点;演进分析Abstract： Based on the research literature in the field of personnel Archives in CNKI as the data source， this paper analyzed the research hotspots and evolution in the field of personnel Archives in China since the reform and development， in order to provide reference for the current research in the field of personnel Archives.Keywords： Personnel archive; Research hotspots; Evolution analysis1 引言本文研究改革开放以来我国人事档案领域研究的热点问题及其演进过程，通过关键词聚类分析得到研究热点，再对相关热点及其演进过程进行多维视角分析。
