In October 2005, I had the opportunity to participate in the “Advanced Management Seminar on Education Management” jointly organized by the Education Research Center of China Education Association and the China Education Research Center of Columbia University in the United States for 18 days Study tour. By listening to, reading, talking, interviewing and examining, I dare not say that “going into” the American education really means “approaching” the education in the United States.
