用两个不同毒力的小麦白粉菌生理小种贵白4和20号的单孢培养物,分别接种6个抗感不同小种的小麦品种间杂交的F_1、F_2和部份组合的回交F_1(B_1 F_1)幼苗的离体叶段,即同一批单株接种两个小种,定单株记载和统计。初步鉴定出综抗矮2号和宁7840具有相同的两对抗白粉病基因,即对4号小种表现为1对基因的独立遗传作用,对20号小种则表现为1显1抑或1显1隐两对基因的遗传作用。这两对基因的显隐性随不同的品种一品种,品种一小种组合的不同而不同。
