随着市场经济的迅速发展,中青年人生活节奏和心理节奏日益紧张起来,长期快节奏的心理紧张,容易引起中青年人早衰,未老先衰已成为这个时代的集体病症。据医学研究证实,中青年人未老先衰呈上升趋势,有如下特征和原因:(1)早生白发和秃头,有些20岁后陆续出现白发,原因是经常用脑和思虑过度。(2)血气不足和“啤酒肚”日益增多,原因是经常熬夜,经常饮酒过量。(3)眼神无光彩和视力过早衰退,原因是内分泌不足或睡眠不足或长期烟、酒过量,引起中毒性弱视。(4)皮肤粗糙和肌肉松驰,原因是环境污染,暴饮暴食,有些长期过多使用劣质化装品侵蚀皮肤。(5)牙齿早掉和声音嘶哑,原因是经常熬夜,长期过量吸烟、饮酒,常吃精细食品和高脂肪高糖高盐食物。由此可见,中青年人早衰呈上升趋势,必须引起中青年人和全社会的高度重视,据专家研究,提出中青年人预防早衰十二法: With the rapid development of market economy, young and middle-aged people’s living rhythm and psychological rhythm have been increasingly tense.
