目的:观察更年汤对肾阳虚型围绝经期模型大鼠白细胞介素(IL)-6及骨密度的影响,探讨其机制。方法:80只11~12月龄自然围绝经期SD大鼠为研究对象,随机分为更年汤组、教材方组、利维爱组、模型组,每组20只;4月龄、18月龄雌性大鼠分别作为对照组,每组各20只。结果:与青年组比较,模型组、老年组、更年汤组、教材方组、利维爱组的血清IL-6含量较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,更年汤组、教材方组、利维爱组的血清IL-6含量较低(P<0.05),老年组的血清IL-6含量较高(P<0.05)。各组大鼠骨密度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),模型组较青年组骨密度有下降(P<0.05),模型组与更年汤组、教材方组、利维爱组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。利维爱组与教材汤组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与更年汤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。更年汤组与教材汤比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:更年汤能降低肾阳虚型模型大鼠血清IL-6含量,提高骨密度水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of Gengnian Decoction on interleukin (IL) -6 and bone mineral density (BMD) in rats with perimenopausal model of deficiency of yin-yang and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Eighty SD rats of 11 ~ 12 months of age at peri - menopausal period were randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group, the treatment group, the teaching material group, the leviotherapy group and the model group, with 20 rats in each group; Month-old female rats as control group, each group of 20. Results: Compared with the youth group, the levels of IL-6 in the model group, the aged group, the senility group, the teaching material group and the levofloxacin group were higher (P <0.05), compared with the model group (P <0.05), while the content of IL-6 in senile group was higher (P <0.05). The bone mineral density of rats in each group was significantly different (P <0.05), and the BMD of the model group was lower than that of the young group (P <0.05). The model group and the Gengnian Decoction group, The differences were also statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between Levi Love Group and Teaching Material Soup Group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). Gengnian soup group and teaching material soup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gengnian decoction can reduce the content of IL-6 and increase the level of bone mineral density in rats with deficiency of kidney yang model.
