由于砷的剧毒性质,食品、医药、生物体、天然水中微量砷的检测非常重要。石油和化工生产过程中,砷是许多催化剂的毒物,特别对贵金属催化剂,砷的累积中毒影响催化剂寿命。各部门都在生产中遇到脱砷的迫切问题,而有效的脱砷则以对微量砷的准确分析测定为前提。有关砷的分析方法,资料报导很多,早年的砷镜法、Gutzeit法、Rose法、碘容量法均已陈旧,测定也有较大误差。目前测定ppm级砷的方法有十余种,各有特色,测定灵敏度、适用范围各有不同,现仅就其中某些技术进展叙述如下。
Due to the highly toxic nature of arsenic, the detection of trace amounts of arsenic in food, medicine, organisms and natural waters is very important. Arsenic is a poison of many catalysts in the petroleum and chemical production processes, especially for noble metal catalysts, and cumulative poisoning of arsenic affects catalyst life. All departments are experiencing the pressing problem of arsenic removal in production, while effective arsenic removal is based on the accurate analysis and determination of trace arsenic. Arsenic analysis methods, data reported a lot of early arsenic mirror method, Gutzeit method, Rose method, iodine volume method are old, the determination of a greater error. At present, there are more than ten methods to determine arsenic in ppm level. Each has its own characteristics, its sensitivity and scope of application are different, and only the progress of some of the technologies is described below.
