As if some people say, the League of Nations is dedicated to the spirit of love. This sentence is ridiculed this organ in Geneva, only with decorations, will not happen to the actual effect. But in fact it is not. Everything that exists in the world has its raison d’etre. An international organization that has been living for 16 years must not say that it does not have any practical effect.
