幼儿期是一个人语言能力发展尤其是幼儿口语表达的黄金时期,大班幼儿处在语言发展的敏感期,《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中指出“创造一个自由、宽松的语言交往环境,支持、鼓励、吸引幼儿与教师、同伴或其他人交谈,体验语言交流的乐趣……”作为教师,我们要为幼儿创设一个使他们想说、敢说、喜欢说、有机会说并能得到积极应答的环境。在笔者所在幼儿园注重培养教师的普通话的运用,并将幼儿语言培养作为园本培训的重要内容,使笔者对幼儿语言的培养有了进一步的认识,并在实践工作中进行了初步的尝试。

At the author’s kindergarten, I pay great attention to the teacher’s mandarin application, and regard the children’s language training as an important part of the campus-based training so that the author has a further understanding of the children’s language training and has made preliminary attempts in practice.
