This article discusses three typical guides: management orientation, education orientation and editing orientation. The starting point of management orientation is to put forward the direction, and then the manager should guide the action and predict the success of the object. The characteristic of education orientation is that education orientation has inevitability, inevitability and persistence. Editing orientation can be implemented by selecting, concentrating, highlighting and writing
