航天相机碳纤维外罩结构及模态分析和试验

采用高强度的碳纤维复合材料T300设计、制造了具有较复杂外形和多级斜挡光环的航天相机外遮光罩,并简要介绍了制造工艺过程。运用有限元法完成了模态分析,利用现有工装联接碳纤维外罩完成了模态测试,得到了其径向模态及其振型,并给出了试验频响函数图。通过比较有限元分析和试验测试数据表明,有限元分析模型与实际产品各阶模态误差均在2.3%以内。由此可见,碳纤维外罩结构合理,采用的有限元分析方法可行,该方法如扩展到大型航天相机动力学建模过程,将对设计相机整机结构具有指导意义。 The use of high-strength carbon fiber composite material T300 design, manufactured with a more complex shape and multi-level oblique light spacecraft outer lens hood, and briefly introduced the manufacturing process. The modal analysis was completed by the finite element method. The modal test was completed by using the existing tooling attached to the carbon fiber housing. The radial modal and its vibration mode were obtained. The frequency response function of the test was given. By comparing the finite element analysis with the test data, it shows that the modal errors of the finite element analysis model and the actual product are within 2.3%. Therefore, it is feasible to use the finite element analysis method which has a reasonable structure of the carbon fiber cover. This method, as extended to the modeling process of the large aerospace camera, will be instructive in designing the whole structure of the camera.
