March 12 The Fourth National Meeting of the National Expert Committee for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Cities was held in Beijing. The meeting chaired by Zhou Qizhi chairman. The leaders of the Urban and Rural Planning Department of the Ministry of Construction and the Cultural Relics Protection Department of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage attended the meeting. On behalf of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Jin Hongwei, Deputy Director of the Department of Cultural Relics Protection under the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, briefed him on the work related to the protection of famous cities in the past year and introduced the situation of holding on-site cultural relics protection meetings in Guangzhou in October last year.
