目的 :建立测定清热解毒液中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法 :YWG- C1 8(10μm,4.6 m m× 15 0 mm )色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇∶ p H3.2的 0 .13mol/ L Na H2 PO4缓冲液 (2 5∶ 75 ) ,检测波长为 32 6 nm。结果 :回归方程 Y=0 .36 7× 10 - 7X+0 .0 0 6 6 ,r=0 .9997,线性范围在 0 .12 9~ 1.2 9m g/ ml。结论 :此方法提取简单 ,准确度与重现性均符合测定要求
Objective : To establish a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Qingrejiedu. Methods: A YWG-C18 (10μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol:p H3.2 0.13mol/L Na H2PO4 buffer (25∶75) with a detection wavelength of 32. 6 nm. Results: The regression equation was Y=0.36 7×10 −7X+0. 0 0 6 6, r=0.9997, and the linear range was 0.119 to 1.2 9 mg/ml. Conclusion: This method is simple, accuracy and reproducibility meet the measurement requirements
