多年来,大部分小客车上牌时是需要上线进行技术检测的。在各个厂家技术不成熟、标准不统一的年代里,针对新车进行的技术检测体现了一种对人的关怀和对车辆性能的负责。然而,随着我国汽车工业逐渐向世界先进水平看齐,新车质量标准由国家进行强制性规范,很多存在隐患和不符合标准的产品被厂家封杀在自家的后院里。这时,每辆小客车上牌时的技术检测就显得没必要了。因此,新车检测走到了尽头,免检成为大势所趋。
