结合工程实例主要阐述智能张拉系统在某项目30m箱梁中的应用,智能张拉系统可以有效地减少人工张拉中存在的问题,提高了预应力施工质量,在技术和经济方面都值得推广。在龄期相同、混凝土强度相近、外界温度大致相同的条件下,人工张拉的箱梁跨中起拱度小、张拉伸长量偏差大,而智能张拉的起拱度及伸长量接近设计值。
In combination with the engineering examples, the application of intelligent tensioning system in 30m box beam of a project is mainly described. The intelligent tensioning system can effectively reduce the problems in manual tensioning and improve the quality of prestressed construction, which is worth to be popularized both technically and economically . Under the condition of the same age, similar concrete strength and almost the same outside temperature, the camber in the span of the box girder with artificial tension is small, the deviation of the tensile elongation is large, and the camber and elongation of the intelligent tension Close to the design value.
