甲硫霜系含甲硝唑和硫磺的复方制剂。用吸收度差值法不经分离直接测定甲硫霜中甲硝唑的含量，在7．5～22．5mg／L浓度范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为△A=0．08987C＋0．0038，相关系数r=0．9998，回收率为99．7％，相对标准偏差为0．47％。经3年多临床治疗痤疮和脂溢性皮炎258例，总有效率达84．9％。
Methylthrosol containing metronidazole and sulfur compound. The concentration of metronidazole in the sulfur-sulfur cream was directly determined by absorbance difference method without any separation. The linearity was good in the range of 7.5 ~ 22.5mg / L, the regression equation was △ A = 0.08987C + 0.0038, The correlation coefficient r = 0.9998, the recovery rate was 99.7% and the relative standard deviation was 0.47%. After more than 3 years of clinical treatment of 258 cases of acne and seborrheic dermatitis, the total effective rate was 84.9%.
