目的探究牙周、正畸联合法治疗牙周病前牙移位的疗效。方法重点筛选我院2015年3月至2016年5月收治的牙周病致前牙位移的50例患者作为研究对象,所有患者进行牙周、正畸联合法治疗,分析治疗效果。结果通过研究可知,患者经过治疗牙齿各项指标均接近正常水平,其中治疗后BOP值(18%)明显低于治疗前(46%),P<0.05有统计学意义。结论牙周、正畸联合法治疗牙周病前牙移位的疗效显著,患者症状得到明显改善,值得推广运用。
Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal and orthodontic treatment on anterior periodontal displacement. Methods Fifty patients with periodontal anterior tooth displacement treated in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research object. All patients were treated with periodontal and orthodontic treatment combined with the treatment effect. Results According to the study, all the indexes of the patients after treatment were close to the normal level. The BOP value (18%) after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (46%), P <0.05 was statistically significant.
