藏区“9+3”免费中等职业教育计划是四川省委、省政府在藏区实施的三大民生工程之一。六年来我校共接收来自甘孜州的藏区“9+3”学生270余名。如今,2009级、2010级、2011级已经顺利毕业,2012级学生正在进行临床实习。该文对不同教育管理模式下藏区“9+3”学生实习状况比较研究,以求寻找到更有效的教育管理模式,提高实习质量,帮助学生顺利完成临床实习。
Tibetan area “9 +3 ” free secondary vocational education program is one of the three livelihood projects implemented by the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government in Tibetan areas. Over the past six years, our school has received more than 270 Tibetan students from “9 + 3” in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Today, 2009, 2010, 2011 have been successfully graduated, 2012 students are in clinical practice. This paper makes a comparative study on the internship status of students in Tibetan areas and “9 + 3 ” under different education management modes in order to find more effective education management mode, improve the quality of internship and help students successfully complete clinical internship.
