The article analyzes and explores the influence of ancient traditional culture especially aristocrat consciousness on the construction of modern libraries and points out that under the current information network cultural environment, libraries must carry forward the spirit of a scientific, democratic and equal public library and eliminate aristocratic consciousness and hierarchy Differences so as to create a cultural environment that is harmonious, equitable and sustainable.
