随着工业的发展,噪声污染的问题日益引起人们的关注。据北京市环境保护局统计,一九七九年收到群众来信七百多封,其中反映噪声、震动扰民的就达60％。而且不少地方厂群矛盾尖锐,每年发生居民与工厂纠纷事件都有十几起。因此解决噪声污染的问题,已是刻不容缓的了,而对于噪声污染防治的研究亦是环保工作者面临的一个重大课题。
With the development of industry, the issue of noise pollution is attracting more and more attention. According to Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau statistics, in 1979, more than 700 letters to the masses were received, of which 60% were noise and vibration nuisances. Moreover, many local factories and factories have contradictory sharp points. Each year, there are dozens of disputes between residents and factories. Therefore, it is an urgent task to solve the problem of noise pollution. However, the study on the prevention and control of noise pollution is also a major issue for environmental protection workers.
