确定批量是一个内容很复杂的问题,这里包括一系列的影响因素,既有理想的可计算的因素,也有客观存在的变动因素。因为客观实际情况的限制,在每一个工厂里对这些影响因素都必须经过全面调查研究和分析之后,才能提出一种理论。这样做是完全必要的。成组技术(GT)发展很快,已被看作是中小批、多品种生产发展的好办法,因此,尽管有些问题尚须研究,但我们觉得,对GT的发展与工厂批量的关系、与在制品和提前期的关系仍不妨探讨一下。
