天然气长输管道在其实际运行过程中,始终面临着较为复杂的客观影响,其安全运行管理工作是重中之重。管理人员应结合工作实际,对当前运行环节中存在的安全风险集中点进行有效的研究,以此为基础做出科学合理的应对安排,从而保证天然气长输管道的运行安全,为区域经济建设与人民生活发展创造有力条件。
During the actual operation of natural gas long-distance pipelines, it has always been faced with more complicated and objective impacts. Its safe operation and management are the most important tasks. Based on actual work, managers should conduct effective research on the existing safety risk concentration points in operation links and make scientific and reasonable response arrangements based on them so as to ensure the operation safety of long-distance natural gas transmission pipelines and provide support to regional economic construction and People’s lives and create strong conditions for the development.
