湖南岳阳石化橡胶厂针对青工人数多、分布面广、安全素质有待提高的情况,为找准参与企业生产经营建设的“切入点”,该厂团委主动与工厂安全环保、生产、人事等部门联系,建立健全工厂及车间的两级青年安全生产督查队13个,挑选出安全素质较高的团干作为队员,制定工作职责和检查制度,根据工厂各个不同时期的工作重点,每月不定期到工厂10多个车间现场检查青工的执行纪律情况,了解青年安全督查岗活动开展的情况,并作好记录。去年以来,该厂三套装置满负荷生产,督查队除对劳保着装、现场管理、劳动纪律、安全隐患等常规项目进行检查外,还
