在社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立和完善以及高等教育由精英向大众化转型的背景下,通过市场手段配置高校毕业生资源正逐渐成为人才配置的主要方式,但大学生就业市场的发育还远谈不上完善,而要从根本上推进市场化就业这一进程,则需要政府、社会、高校、毕业生四个方面的共同努力。本文仅从政府的这个维度,来深入探讨政府部门在这个进程中所扮演的重要角色和不可忽视的作用。
