目的对比研究腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的疗效。方法随机选择我院宫外孕患者77名,分成A、B组,A组44名患者为观察组,给予患者腹腔镜手术医治;B组33名患者为对照组,给予患者开腹手术医治。将A、B组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经治疗,A组患者手术用时、手术出血量及住院天数均明显低于B组患者,患者身体恢复相比于B组患者较好,并发症概率低于B组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕效果显著,优于开腹手术效果。
Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Totally 77 ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital were randomly divided into A and B groups. 44 patients in A group were treated by laparoscopy and 33 patients in B group were treated by laparotomy. A, B group were compared the therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the operation time, blood loss and days of hospitalization in group A were significantly lower than those in group B, the body recovery was better in group B than in group B, and the complication rate was lower in group A than in group B. Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery is effective in treating ectopic pregnancy, which is better than that of laparotomy.
