生命在于运动。坚持适当的体育锻炼,是保持健康体魄的重要因素。 在我们的海员群体中,有不少人把劳动与运动等同看待,认为在航行中我们船员每天搞维修保养,铲铁锈,刷油漆,这不是在运动吗!再说每天活都干不完,还要搞什么体育锻炼。简单地把运动理解为一个“动”字,从医疗保健的角度考虑,运动应理解为体育锻炼,应是一种主动的、积极的“动”。 劳动与运动,虽然都是体力活动,都在动,甚至有时劳动所消耗的总能量比体育运动更大,但其实两者并不是一回事。一般劳动都是局部的、被动的,或某一肢体,或某一肌群,在连续不断地做某个单调的反复动作。比如敲铁
